How does the 15-day free trial work?
All paid plans (Seeker Premium, Employer Starter & Pro) include a 15-day free trial. Your payment method is authorized at checkout, but you are not charged until day 16. If you cancel before day 16, your account incurs zero charge.
Are annual billing options or long-term commitments required?
No. All plans are billed month-to-month. There are no annual locks or long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan whenever your requirements change.
What is the refund and cancellation policy?
You can cancel your active subscription anytime from your Billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current 30-day billing period, allowing you to retain entitlements until then. We do not issue mid-cycle refunds.
What happens if a monthly renewal payment fails?
If a renewal charge fails, your account enters a 7-day grace period with full plan entitlements remaining active. If payment is not updated by day 8, your subscription automatically downgrades to the Free tier without deleting any data.
